The Zanussi Magistar Combi DS 10x1/1GN Electric is a high-resolution combi steamer with digital control panel.
AirFlow air distribution system
The appliance has a built-in steam generator with real humidity control based on a lambda probe. With AirFlow air distribution system to achieve maximum performance with 5 fan speeds.
HP Automatic Cleaning
The combi steamer is equipped with an automatic and built-in self-cleaning system with integrated descaling of the steam generator. It has 5 automatic cycles (soft, medium, strong, extra strong, rinse only).
Connected appliances
Thanks to Zanussi connectivity you can monitor operations, manage recipes and download HACCP data remotely. The data helps you to optimize your production flow and reduce maintenance costs. It is also possible to save and send recipes to all your connected appliances.
Match function (optional)
Magistar Combi and Rapido Chiller are able to communicate for a smooth and faster workflow. You can not only cook and chill, but also roast and bake or defrost and cook.
With the Match function, the Magistar ovens and Rapido blast chillers can be connected and communicate to guide the user through the cook&chill process and optimize time and efficiency. In this way, the oven and blast chiller work together. You start a preparation on one device and the other device is ready at the right time for the second part of the preparation. This saves a lot of time and is therefore more efficient. With 10 preparations a day, the user can save up to 40 minutes of time. He/she does not have to wait between processes because he/she can continue with the next task immediately.
